Walter Henry Philip Hill

Walter Henry Philip Hill was a consultant physician at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal, Canada. He qualified in 1935 and gained his MRCP in 1936.

During the Second World War he served in the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps, reaching the rank of lieutenant colonel. He was mentioned in despatches.

In 1946, following his demobilisation, he joined the staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital and also became an associate professor of medicine at McGill University. He was a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the American College of Physicians and the Royal College of Physicians.

He died in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
