Charles Webster, M.D.—A native of Scotland, and a doctor of medicine of Edinburgh of the 12th September, 1777 (D.M.I. de Vasorum Sanguiferorum Libramine); was admitted a Licentiate of the College of Physicians 30th March, 1795. He died in the following year. Dr. Webster was a fellow of the College of Physicians of Edinburgh, and physician to the army. We have from his pen—
