Reynolds was an undergraduate at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, and took the M.B. degree in 1836 and the M.D. in 1841. Little is known of his career, except that he published a translation of Aretaeus On the Causes and Signs of Acute and Chronic Disease in 1837 and resided at Cheltenham in his later years.
