Alexander Hay, M.D.—A native of Edinburgh, and a doctor of medicine of Leyden, of 14th December, 1765 (D.M.I. de Affectionibus Hystericis et Hypochon-driacis); was admitted a Licentiate of the College of Physicians 13th April, 1767. He was admitted a fellow of the Royal Society 25th June, 1778.
